Key Responsibilities:

 

Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

• Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Participate in conducting the development of WTTCO short-term and long-term incentive plans.

• Participate in developing the framework the implementation of organization design projects in areas such as organization structure, operation model.

• Execute changes to the organizational structure and functional statements.

• Provide guidance as needed to internal stakeholders on organization development best practices.

• Recommend an optimum organization structure for the business lines, to ensure

efficient and effective workflow of operational processes and optimal utilization of resources.

• Support in developing, formulating and designing job descriptions with business lines through conducting effective job analysis and job evaluation.

• Conduct restructuring in different levels, positions changes, job title listing, reporting line modification, job analysis, job documentation and job levelling to increase efficiency and align activities with WTTCO’s objectives.

• Conduct studies to identify pay options and conduct financial analysis on each pay option to support the development of compensation and benefits strategy ensuring

accurate reporting.

• Create job roles and develop new job descriptions.

• Implement WTTCO Rewarding strategies.

• Approving compensation requests; evaluating and maintaining internal equity.

• Conduct job evaluations and compensation analyses in partnership with People Business Partner to support org design needs.

• Communicate with external consultancies to design and implement competitive

reward management programs (including pay, pension plan, housing assistance, education assistance, leave and incentive plans)

• Monitor the salary structures and benefit schemes, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and ensures that policies, procedures, and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HC vision.

• Conducts on-going research into emerging pay trends, issues and best practices in the job market and manages timely and accurate reports.

• Provide input for the development of reports regarding operations, activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making.

 

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

 

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant fields.
