Key Functional Accountabilities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Regional systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity & efficiency improvement.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within WTTCO and related functions such as but not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk, Cybersecurity, etc..).
• Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, goals, policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Ensure defining, reviewing, and implementing of the overall project execution in regions as per the defined scope, quality, budget, and time in coordination with the concerned business unit and in line with the EPMO framework.
• Ensure working collaboratively with delivery stakeholders to ensure successful project completion per the defined time, budget, and quality.
• Ensure executing and obtaining approval on submissions or request amendments after liaising with concerned teams.
• Ensure monitoring execution progress to ensure compliance with set plans, contractual requirements, and other relevant aspects.
• Ensure monitoring the progress of third parties involved in all time-bound project construction elements ensuring strict adherence to approved scope, budgets, time, and specs. & standards.
• Ensure reporting on progress in terms of milestones, budget, and time is reported in coordination with the concerned business unit.

 

• Ensure monitoring risk identification within the project and follow up on corrective actions implemented in order to solve issues where possible.
• Ensure identifying and reviewing the impact of execution-related risks presented by the stakeholders (i.e., contractors, consultants, …etc.) and define mitigation plans to overcome these risks.
• Monitor budget and schedule deviations from the execution plan, assess the impact on delivery, and define action plans to close the gaps.
• Ensure the development of an execution punch list in case any issues are detected and keep track of the resolved issues.
• Ensure building and maintaining solid relations with external stakeholders such as governmental entities and consultants to serve WTTCO’s best interest.

 

Education and Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
