Job Purpose:

 

The job holder is responsible for maintaining the strategy and planning of WTTCO as well as monitoring and supporting business units’ performance against set goals, objectives & KPIs, and reporting to WTTCO’S leadership periodically.

 

Key Activities:

 

• Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions.

• Participate in the development of strategic and operational plans and associated budgets for the business unit in line with WTTCO strategic directions.

• Apply the required framework and methodologies for strategic planning & corporate performance of WTTCO, including tools, templates, and guidelines, and manage implementation.

• Participate in supporting WTTCO’s business units in developing annual business and operational plans, as well as challenging and recommending needed improvements to them to ensure the alignment and cascading from overall strategy and initiatives.

• Deal with the associated implications of performance deviation in coordination with concerned business units to mitigate risks and drive optimal performance towards objectives. • Recommend corrective action to minimize operational interruptions and ensure the timeliness of objective and target achievement.

• Set up tracking tools to continuously track actual progress vs. plan and output and supports the preparation of any planning reports.

• Implement proper cascading of local content and localization strategic KPIs and initiatives to the concerned business unit and ensure alignment with the predefined bylaws and regulations • Apply all change requests with regard to business and operational plans to ensure alignment with strategy and set initiatives.

• Follow up with WTTCO functions to ensure effective performance reporting along with supporting internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing and provide a value-added contribution to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of WTTCO.

• Provide cascading recommendations to WTTCO function heads to enhance performance initiatives and projects in scope based on performance report findings.

 

Education and Certifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or relevant fields
